Party size: Private parties: 10 painters minimum. I can accommodate large groups- just ask!

Date Reservation: Contact me by clicking here to reserve your date or discuss availability. 

Payment: Payment is due to save the date of the party. 

Refunds: Because much time and attention is put in to planning your party beforehand, and supplies are often non-returnable, there are NO REFUNDS. If you or one of your guests have to cancel or cannot attend for a good reason, a party voucher will be issued and you can reschedule another time.

Extra Fees: 

Waiting Fee: $50 every 30 minutes. Please make sure you and your guests are ready to paint at the scheduled time. The painting portion will take 2-3 hours. Make sure your meals, and other party fun is done before or after. That said, I do calculate a number of breaks and chat time into those 2-3 hours.

Traveling Fee: If you live outside of  Windsor, Severance, Ft. Collins, Greeley or Severance area, there is a .57 cent per mile charge for travel.
